constituents of Caddo County. Proper behavior is vital. We must
be open to ideas and engage in communicating our own ideas
for ways to improve and/or better current processes.

We will Achieve our assessment processes in being honest,
confident, and helpful to each other.

Our Mission is to assess property fairly and equally for the
constituents of Caddo County by:

Learning our profession through accreditation training and
communicating with other trained professionals.

Being open to continual changes in techniques and being
confident in our knowledge.

Owning our trade and communicating with others our
purpose, to educate property owners of the requirements and
processes of the Assessor’s Office.
