Born and raised in Caddo County, Ladonna Phillips and her husband of 40 years run a small farm & cattle operation in the Fort Cobb, Carnegie area.  Past experiences in Administration and leadership have prepared her well for the Assessor’s role.

Ladonna has 11 years of experience in the Assessor’s Office.  She has achieved the Advanced Accreditation required by state statute for Oklahoma Assessors by completing and passing the courses instructed by the Center for Local Government and Technology at Oklahoma State University.  In addition, she has completed the National Association of Counties, Professional Development Academy’s High-Performance Leadership courses, and is a member of the Oklahoma Chapter of International Association of Assessing Officers.  She also serves on the Board of Director’s for SW Region and the Forms Committee for the County Assessors Association of Oklahoma.

She takes pride in leading your Assessor’s office with integrity and has taken an Oath of Office to support the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and the Constitution and the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and to faithfully discharge, according to the best of her ability, the duties of her office during such time.
